Mandy Bird LL.B (Hons)
Director/Solicitor
Mandy qualified as a Solicitor in 1988 and has worked at Allan Jay Paine Limited since 1997 during which time she has developed an extensive client base and has enjoyed providing a tailored personal service for both established and new clients. Mandy specialises in Commercial and Residential property.
Mr Richard Dale
Director/Chartered Legal Executive
Richard is a Chartered Legal Executive. He has been working in the legal field since 1999. He specialises in Wills, Succession Planning, Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection cases, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the related work. He enjoys helping clients, whether this be with a simple Will or a complex cross-border estate.
Jonathan Szeto (Hons)
Solicitor
Jonathan qualified in 2022 and joined Allan Jay Paine in October 2023 as a residential property solicitor. Jonathan has previously worked in legal costs, housing and community care before choosing to specialise in residential property. Jonathan works with Mandy and the property team covering leasehold and freehold transactions.
Jonathan enjoys building strong relationships with his clients in order to better advise them, giving them confidence in their conveyancing matter
